I don’t understand how keenly, how specifically this was what I needed to read, not only “now” but TODAY, right now with the sound bath mix CD filling my ears and my hands stained from diary ink trying to figure it out, and then here she comes like, “oh, you just need to do this” and it resonates to my fucking core.

I was the same way! Start looking to be around people that reflect the same positivity back at you. Move on from the ones that aren't appreciative.
